Secretary's Office

 

The Secretariat, headed by the Secretary General, assists the President with the daily operations of the school. Its main responsibilities are:

  1. Administrative support for the School Affairs Council and the
  2. Administrative Council, including calling for the meetings, the execution of resolutions, and record keeping
    Final approval of all official documents
  3. Media relations
  4. Handling confidential and important in-coming official documents
  5. Authorization of the institution seal on documents pertaining to purchasing, leaves and contracts
  6. Coordinating inter-departmental matters
  7. Handling assignments from the president's office
